Vendor FAQs

I've purchased my booth—now what?

After completing your purchase, you'll be able to download the Vendor Welcome Pack, which includes important event information. You'll also receive a link to complete your vendor registration. In addition to purchasing a booth, all vendors must complete the registration form and photography consent form to participate.

Closed the page too soon? No problem. Visit the JCC home page and select the Vendor Registration tab at the top of the page. You'll find the Register to Be a Vendor form and the photography consent form at the bottom of the page.

Do I need to bring my own tent?

Yes. Unless you are in spaces 34-46 under the covered pavilion. If you purchase a space under the covered pavilion, keep in mind both tents and generators will not be permitted.

Do I need to bring my own tables/chairs? Yes!

Can I pull my vehicle up to my booth?

You cannot pull your vehicle directly up to your booth as vehicles are not permitted on the grass. However, you will be allowed to pull your vehicle in the parking lot near the market entry while you unload/load during the designated set up time. Don't forget a dollie and someone to help you load and unload.

Is there electricity?

No, but you are welcome to bring a generator unless you are under the covered pavilion.

Where will the restrooms be?

There will be port-a-potties near the north end of the parking lot in the shopping footprint.

What time can I set up?

You will receive an email a week prior to the event with your specific time to set up on Saturday morning.

Will JCC staff or volunteers be able to help set up my booth?

JCC staff and volunteers will NOT be available to assist in setting up or carrying merchandise. Vendors are responsible for providing their own dollies/carts/staff to set up and run their booths.
