I've purchased my booth in the store; now what?

On the purchase confirmation page you will be able to download your copy of the vendor welcome pack which contains important information about the event. There will also be a link you can click to register as a vendor (in addition to purchasing your booth, you will need to fill out the registration form, and complete the media release form to participate in this event). Closed the page too soon? No problem! simply return to the Vendors Corner webpage and click 'register to be a vendor.' The media release form can also be found at the bottom of this page.







Is the layout the same as last year?

No. We have taken suggestions from vendors and shoppers and have made adjustments to this years layout. You can view a copy of this years layout here or download it here.

Do I need to bring my own tent?

Yes. Unless you are in spaces 34-46 under the covered pavilion. If you purchase a space under the covered pavilion, keep in mind both tents and generators will not be permitted.

Do I need to bring my own tables/chairs?


Can I pull my vehicle up to my booth?

You cannot pull your vehicle directly up to your booth as vehicles are not permitted on the grass. However, you will be allowed to pull your vehicle in the parking lot closest to the booths while you unload/load during the designated set up time.

Is there electricity?

No, but you are welcome to bring a generator unless you are under the covered pavilion.

Where will the restrooms be?

There will be port-a-potties near the north end of the parking lot in the shopping footprint.

What time can I set up?

You can start setting up at 6:00 am on Saturday morning. 

Will JCC staff or volunteers be able to help set up my booth?

JCC staff and volunteers will NOT be available to assist in setting up or carrying merchandise. Vendors are responsible for providing their own dollies/carts/staff to set up and man their booths.
